Last time advertising this trailer this year. I have been asking $28500 but need to sell now to do renovations to the house before winter, so the trailer has to go. I am willing to sell it for $23,500 firm. If it doesnt sell this year, it will be listed next spring at $30,000. It is a park model trailer in Sportsmans Park on the edge of Clear Lake/RMNP.
